ADCX Lab Hub provides website development, AI integration, cloud infrastructure, and digital solutions. All project scopes, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual quotations or contracts.

2. AI-Generated Output

Our products (Dokuva, Krofio) use artificial intelligence for data extraction and computation. Output is for reference purposes only and does not constitute professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Users should verify all output with qualified professionals.

3. Payment

Payment terms are as specified in individual quotations
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise
Late payments may incur project delays

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables (website code, designs, content) as specified in the project scope
ADCX Lab Hub retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, libraries) remain under their respective licences

5. Limitation of Liability

ADCX Lab Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). See our Privacy Policy for details.
